Why donate a Infrastructure Package (Land, Roads, Lights, Gate, Office & More) - Model City 2?

Lay the foundations of the entire city. This package covers 9 acres of land purchase, boundary walls, soil filling, permits and engineering, the PoL office, level roads and greenery, street lights, a main entrance gate, and bins.

Everything needed to turn raw land into a safe, functioning neighbourhood. By underwriting the backbone of Model City 2 you enable every other intervention; housing, schools, clinics, mosques, water and livelihoods to work.

The ripple effect is immense Sadaqah Jariyah across thousands of daily uses.

Who benefits from Model City 2?

Flood-affected, ultra-low-income families prioritised by need (widows, orphans, elderly, medically vulnerable) in Sindh, Pakistan.

When will I get updates?

Build progress, photos/videos where safe, is provided after the donation is delivered.

Do you take money from my donation?

No. We operate as 100% donations policy charity. Your donations fund your chosen projects entirely.

Our running costs are covered separately through Gift Aid, so if you’re a UK taxpayer, please tick the Gift Aid box at checkout to add 25% at no extra cost. This allows us to cover admin, marketing, staff etc through Gift Aid, not your donation.

Can we use Gift Aid for projects?

Yes, UK taxpayers can add Gift Aid. Gift Aid is a government top-up for the charity’s general running costs (admin, safeguarding, monitoring & evaluation, compliance). It helps us deliver and maintain projects but more importantly allows us to function as a 100% donation charity.

Do you provide aftercare and maintenance?

We aim to support aftercare (training committees, providing basic spares, periodic checks), but long-term sustainability relies on community stewardship. If we do everything indefinitely, local ownership can weaken so we balance support with training and handover.

Can I give as Zakat?

Yes, look for items marked Zakat-eligible. We allocate Zakat to eligible recipients in line with Islamic guidance. If unsure, give as Sadaqah or ask your scholar.
